本サービスは以下のデータを恒久的に保存しません。
- アップロードされたMIDIファイル
- 生成された動画データ
これらは処理後、合理的な期間内に自動削除されます。

MediaSort Inc. recognizes the importance of personal information in
MIDIVideoCreator and strives to protect and handle it appropriately.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information provided by users, including email
addresses, account information, and inquiry details.
We may also automatically collect IP addresses, browser information,
usage history such as access logs and operation logs, and
identifiers such as cookies.
3. Information We Do Not Permanently Store
The Service does not permanently store uploaded MIDI files or
generated video data. These are automatically deleted within a
reasonable period after processing.
4. Purposes of Use
Collected information is used to provide and operate the Service,
verify identity and authenticate users, process payments and
billing, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve and analyze the
Service.
5. Cookies
The Service may use cookies for convenience and access analysis.
Users may disable cookies in browser settings, but some functions
may become unavailable.
6. Third-Party Provision
We do not provide personal information to third parties except with
user consent, as required by law, or when necessary to protect life
or property.
7. External Services
The Service uses Stripe for payment processing. The privacy policies
of each external provider apply to those services.

We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or
damage of personal information.
9. Retention Period
Personal information is retained only for the period necessary to
achieve the purposes of use and is then deleted appropriately.
10. User Rights
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of

Minors shall use the Service with the consent of a parent or
guardian.

The Service may be used from outside Japan. Users agree that their
information may be processed on servers in Japan or other countries.
