第1条（適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、メディアソート株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する「MIDIVideoCreator」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
ユーザーは、本規約に同意のうえ、本サービスを利用するものとします。
第2条（定義）
「ユーザー」とは、本サービスを利用する個人または法人をいいます。
「コンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが本サービスにアップロードするMIDIファイルその他一切のデータをいいます。
「生成物」とは、本サービスにより生成された動画その他の成果物をいいます。
第3条（サービス内容）
本サービスは、MIDIファイルを動画として生成・ダウンロードできる機能を提供します。
本サービスはコンテンツおよび生成物を恒久的に保存しません。処理完了後、合理的な期間内に自動削除されます。
当社はサービス内容を予告なく変更・停止できるものとします。
第4条（アカウント登録）
ユーザーは正確な情報を提供するものとします。
アカウント管理はユーザーの責任で行うものとします。
不正利用による損害について当社は責任を負いません。
第5条（料金・サブスクリプション）
本サービスには以下のプランがあります。
決済は Stripe を通じて行われます。
サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。
解約は更新日前までに行う必要があります。
既に支払われた料金は、法令で認められる場合を除き返金されません。
第6条（知的財産権）
コンテンツの権利はユーザーまたは権利者に帰属します。
当社は、サービス提供に必要な範囲で一時的にコンテンツを使用します。
生成物の権利はユーザーに帰属します。
当社は、生成物を保存・再利用しません。
第7条（コンテンツの責任）
ユーザーは、コンテンツに関する一切の権利を有するか、適法な許諾を得ていることを保証します。
著作権侵害等の責任はユーザーが負います。
第8条（禁止事項）
以下の行為を禁止します。
- 法令違反、公序良俗違反
- 著作権侵害（違法MIDI含む）
- 不正アクセス
- サービス妨害（高負荷・bot等）
- リバースエンジニアリング
- 不正な商用利用（Freeプランでの再販等）
- 虚偽登録
- その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
第9条（利用制限）
当社は以下の場合、事前通知なく利用制限または停止を行えます。
- 規約違反
- 決済不履行
- 不正利用の疑い
- 運営上必要と判断した場合
第10条（データの非保存・免責）
本サービスはデータを保存しない設計です。
アップロードデータおよび生成物の消失について、当社は責任を負いません。
ユーザーは必要に応じて自己責任で保存するものとします。
第11条（サービスの中断）
以下の場合、サービスを停止することがあります。
- システム保守
- インフラ障害
- 天災
- その他必要と判断した場合
第12条（保証の否認）
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。
当社は以下を保証しません。
- 無停止稼働
- エラーがないこと
- 生成結果の品質・正確性
- 特定目的への適合性
第13条（責任制限）
当社は、本サービスに関連して生じた損害について責任を負いません。
法令上責任が認められる場合でも、賠償額は過去12か月の支払額を上限とします。
第14条（第三者サービス）
本サービスは外部サービスを利用します。
当該サービスに起因する問題について当社は責任を負いません。
第15条（国際利用）
ユーザーは、自国の法令を遵守する責任を負います。
当社は特定の国・地域での適法性を保証しません。
第16条（規約変更）
当社は本規約を随時変更できます。
変更後は掲載時点で効力を持ちます。
第17条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
紛争は当社所在地の裁判所を専属管轄とします。

Article 1. Application
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using
MIDIVideoCreator, a service provided by MediaSort Inc.
Users shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.
Article 2. Definitions
"User" means an individual or corporation using the Service.
"Content" means MIDI files and any other data uploaded by Users.
"Output" means videos and other deliverables generated through the
Service.
Article 3. Service
The Service provides functions to generate and download videos from
MIDI files.
The Service does not permanently store Content or Outputs. They are
automatically deleted within a reasonable period after processing.
The Company may change or suspend the Service without prior notice.
Article 4. Account Registration
Users shall provide accurate information.
Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use.
Article 5. Fees and Subscriptions
The Service offers Free and Premium plans. Premium is 980 yen per
month.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew
automatically and must be canceled before the renewal date. Paid
fees are not refundable except where required by law.
Article 6. Intellectual Property
Rights to Content remain with the User or the relevant rights
holder.
The Company temporarily uses Content only to the extent necessary to
provide the Service.
Rights to Outputs belong to the User. The Company does not store or
reuse Outputs.
Article 7. Responsibility for Content
Users warrant that they have all necessary rights or lawful
permissions for their Content.
Users are responsible for copyright infringement and other issues
related to their Content.
Article 8. Prohibited Acts
Users must not violate laws or public order, infringe copyrights,
access systems without authorization, interfere with the Service,
reverse engineer the Service, make unauthorized commercial use,
register false information, or engage in acts the Company deems
inappropriate.
Article 9. Use Restrictions
The Company may restrict or suspend use without prior notice in
cases of Terms violations, payment failure, suspected abuse, or
operational necessity.
Article 10. No Data Storage and Disclaimer
The Service is designed not to store uploaded data or Outputs
permanently.
The Company is not liable for loss of uploaded data or Outputs.
Users shall save necessary data at their own responsibility.
Article 11. Service Interruption
The Service may be suspended for system maintenance, infrastructure
failures, natural disasters, or other necessary reasons.
Article 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided as is. The Company does not warrant
uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, quality or accuracy of
Outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Article 13. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages related to the Service. Even
where liability is legally recognized, compensation is limited to
the amount paid in the past 12 months.
Article 14. Third-Party Services
The Service uses external services. The Company is not liable for
issues caused by such services.
Article 15. International Use
Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own
countries. The Company does not warrant legality in any particular
country or region.
Article 16. Changes to Terms
The Company may change these Terms at any time. Changes become
effective when posted on the Service.
Article 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over
the Company's location.
